My Unique Approach: Knowing, Doing, Being
Many leadership programmes focus on input; building knowledge and sharing leadership models and theories. This is often presented as ‘two days of information, followed by a stack of reports and “aha” moments’.
This approach gives leaders information and insights, but falls short on generating practical change and performance impact. Input is of course valuable, but I believe it’s the starting point.
My approach is different.
My approach is Output focussed and built around three pillars: Knowing, Doing, and Being.
- Knowing: Understanding self and others through powerful diagnostic tools like MBTI, Insights Discovery, and others. These give leaders and managers a mirror to reflect on how they work and how to lead effectively.
- Doing: Leadership is more than theory—it’s practice. I ensure that what leaders learn is applied in real time, through coaching, training, and hands-on experience. I ensure that leaders implement what they’ve learned and integrate it into their day-to-day activities.
- Being: The ultimate goal is for leadership to become second nature, a true expression of who you are. It’s a mindset that empowers you to lead with confidence and authenticity, every day. (NOT ticking boxes or following a script.)

A core element of my work is leveraging psychometric tools to unlock leadership potential.
As a globally accredited practitioner, I use these tools (based in reliable psychological theory), to offer leaders a unique mirror into their behaviours, motivations, and management styles.
They are more than theoretical exercises—they provide a practical foundation for self-awareness, EQ (emotional intelligence), and improved team dynamics.
This not only enhances personal leadership but also fosters collaboration within teams, ultimately improving performance and driving results.
