Manager Essentials Level 2 (Leaders) Programme | April 2025

Facing tight timelines and limited internal capacity, we asked Samantha Deeprose to design and build our Manager Essentials Level 2 (Leaders) programme.  This incorporated 6 custom modules  aligned to our leadership behaviours and values, our industry and culture at Breedon Group.  

Sam created an innovative modular catalogue that can flex by level and be re-combined for bite-size needs.  Her expertise with designing blended learning is creative and unsurpassed.  She did the research on our leadership culture and tailored the collateral and interventions in a way that our leaders can connect with and develop their leadership approach.

We chose Leadersphere Solutions to design and launch our Mentoring Program at Equus Software because of the experience, approach, engagement and leadership.  

While other companies offer mentoring software and out of the box training materials,  our consultant Sam quickly designed and developed a Mentoring Program specifically fit for our needs.  

Sam quickly gained insight to our organization and the purpose, goals, and timeframe for the program.   She then designed the program, created all of the guides and materials that we will re-use for future programs.  Sam also developed and led a series of virtual trainings really engaging our Mentors and Mentees.  

She instilled confidence in our new Mentors and fostered enthusiasm and excitement through specially designed training sessions.  It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing and could get right to the heart of what we needed and support us from start to end allowing us to launch the program in just three months.
