Sessions are 90 minutes, held online via Teams.
You’ll have the flexibility with booking the sessions that work best for you. We’ll agree the flow and best use of your coaching hours up front so you will be clear when we will meet.
Initially we will meet more frequently, then as the sessions progress, we will space them further apart for reflection and integration of learning.
Life happens and business or personal challenges pop up that are beyond our control. We do have rescheduling and cancelling policies that we follow which asks for 48hrs notice of any changes. That said, we can take each situation case by case and come to a reasonable solution if an emergency arises.
Yes, invoicing is available if your organisation is sponsoring your programme. We’ll simply need the invoicing information including your purchase order number. I can provide all the banking details and full payment is required prior to the start of the coaching.
